How much does it cost?
Joining is free, with no monthly fee and no set-up costs. You only pay card processing when you take payments: 1.5% + 10p in person, and 4.5% + 20p for online orders. See pricing.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. There are no tie-ins and no minimum term, so you can stop any time.
How quickly can I get set up?
Sign up with a link to your menu and we'll build your menu and ordering page for you. If your menu isn't online, reply to our email with photos of it. We'll email you when it's ready, usually within an hour.
I already use another app. Can I switch?
Yes. Send us a link to your existing ordering page, or screenshots of it when we get in touch, and we'll copy your menu across for you. You don't need to retype anything.
Can customers pay at the hatch?
Yes. Take walk-up orders and payments with our PoS, accept online pre-orders, or let customers order ahead and pay when they collect. It all comes through in one workflow.
How will customers find me?
Your van appears on the Hatches Up find-food map and in our weekly schedule emails to local customers, and you get your own page to share on your socials.
